These terms explain how to use TGC Signal’s publication and planning resources with the appropriate professional review.
Purpose of TGC Signal
TGC Signal provides practical logistics intelligence and planning support. It is not a shipment-execution service. Content and tools are designed to help prepare questions, compare planning inputs, and support an informed conversation with the appropriate operational party.
Planning tools
Calculators return estimates from the information supplied. Advisors provide planning guidance. Checklists are planning aids. Generated outputs are drafts where applicable. They are not quotations, carrier confirmations, capacity guarantees, cargo-acceptance decisions, or promised operational results.
No legal, customs, or tax advice
TGC Signal does not replace qualified legal, customs, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Requirements can depend on the shipment, commodity, route, parties, and current rules.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the information used in a planning exercise and for obtaining the appropriate professional confirmation. This may include dimensions, weights, commodity information, declared values, HS codes, Incoterms, country of origin, regulatory requirements, carrier requirements, and customs requirements.
Generated documents and checklists
Commercial Invoice & Packing List outputs and Shipping Documents Checklist results are planning drafts and review aids. They must be reviewed, completed where necessary, and approved by the relevant parties before operational use. They are not official shipping, customs, or commercial documents simply because they were generated on this site.
Third-party links and services
Links to Top Gun Cargo and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, and terms are controlled by those services.
Intellectual property
TGC Signal content, design, branding, tools, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use them for legitimate planning and reference purposes, but may not present them as your own or misuse the service.
